REDUCE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT WITH THE S.E.A.I GOVERMENT GRANT

FREE HEATING CONTROL UPGRADE ONLY FOR SELECTED HOUSING ESTATES THAT WE CHOOSE

We provide a service of offering a zoned heating solution for your home. This system separates your heating system into typically 3 zones

1, Hot water (can heat upstairs on its own with a digital thermostat to regulate heating)

2.Downstairs(can heat downstairs separately with a digital room thermostat to regulate)

3. Upstairs( Can heat upstairs separately with a digital room thermostat also to regulate)

Depending on the house and the way it was designed we may not be able to offer a 3 zone and in this case, and also in the case of bungalows we will offer a 2 zone system which would be hot water and all radiators. In this scenario we will install thermostatic radiator valves on half of your radiators if not present in order to qualify for the grant from SEAI.

In addition to this you receive a 3 zone digital time clock that can programme all your zones separately over a 7 day period and on top of this you will receive a phone app that will let you turn on/off your heating remotely.

The system we use is called E.P.H ember and if you would like more info please visit their website;                                                                emberapp.ephcontrols.com

In order to qualify your house for the free upgrade, your house must have been built between 2001 and 2006 and you must live in a housing estate with 20 or more houses. We would then need to carry out a survey on your house to check the plumbing and wiring is suitable.

How this works is that if we can find suitable houses that need minimal amount of work to change over to a zoned system and that we can carry out up to 3 house installs close by per day then we would be able to offer this service for free as we can collect the grant of 750 euro which you are entitled to from S.E.A.I and get it wavered to us as our payment. For one off houses it wouldn't be financially viable for us to complete for free but can still offer this service for a charge.
